Updated daily, SKS provides relevant, credible across the curriculum information on social issues, science, history, government, the arts and humanities. GALE Virtual Reference Library

GALE offers several different information resources in e-book format.  These e-book resources include access to reference sources on a variety of difference subject areas.  Visit their site at http://infotrac.galegroup.com/default/chul99547?db=GVRL  Ask library staff for the password.


World Book Online

World Book Online offers students 6 different databases including a Spanish encyclopedia.  This resource allows you to read newspapers from all over the world, access timelines, keep up-to-date with current events and access primary source documents as well as reading the encyclopedia articles.  This multimedia resource should be very helpful with research projects.

Ebsco Online

Ebsco offers a variety of databases to students.  Take a look at it at http://search.ebscohost.com  Explora primary or Explora secondary are recommended for general research.   Ask Mrs. Wymer for the username and password.
